WHO IS ISR
​ISR, Integrated Solutions Resource, Inc. is an independent manufacturers’ representative firm based in St. Louis, Missouri.  ISR concentrates on manufacturers in the security industry, primarily surveillance and access control.  We also represent manufacturers in the audio, video teleconferencing and structured cabling industry.  ISR seeks manufacturers product lines that can be integrated with one another to offer complete solutions to our market.  ISR also provides consulting services to manufacturers in the electronic security market.

​ISR's traditional territory is Missouri, Kansas, Nebraska, Iowa and Southern Illinois.  ISR also covers Colorado, Utah, Montana, New Mexico, Minnesota, North and South Dakota.

WHY ISR
ISR's goal is to offer complete integrated solutions to our dealer base, architects, engineers and consultants.  ISR provides integrated solutions for the surveillance, access control, audio and structured cabling industries.  Our surveillance lines include technologies in analog, hybrid and NVR/IP systems.  Access control lines include cost effective, user friendly systems to enterprise class solutions, telephone based entry panels, proximity and biometric readers, magnetic locks, electronics locks and accessories. ISR also offers ancillary products such as racking systems, UPS solutions and power conditioning to fulfill all project requirements.  In the residential market we offer structured cabling systems and intercom systems.  This range of products offers solutions for all markets to include commercial, industrial, education, healthcare, government, traffic and retail applications.
 

ISR's Management
​ISR's management team has developed a complete understanding of the industry by holding positions in all facets of the industry.  These positions include working as an integrator, independent manufacturers’ representative  and as a factory direct representative.

Tony Jones has over 25 years industry experience working for integrators, independent manufacturers representative firms and as a direct factory employee.  These positions include Executone Information Systems, ADT, Honeywell, BC Electronics (independent manufacturer's rep firm) and Vicon.  Tony sold and/or represented lines in both video, audio and access control. These manufacturers include Panasonic, cVideo, Mitsubishi, Vicon, Aiphone, Telex, IED, Furman and QSC. Over the years, Tony has developed solid relationships with architects, engineers and consultants.  Tony has extensive knowledge in the layout and design of digital video systems.

Sales Training

• ISR can offer basic sales and industry training for your sales staff.
• Entry level sales training includes prospecting, qualifying, negotiating, surveying, demonstrating, presenting and closing techniques.
• Industry related courses we offer are Surveillance 101, DVR 101, Introduction to Networks/IP101 and Access 101.
• All sales training is based on the consultative sales approach and the CISB model (Concern, Impact, Solution, Benefits).
• We can also customize any training program per your request and coordinate advanced courses with industry experts.

Product Training

• ISR offers product training from all of our manufacturers.
• We not only offer how to use the product but how to discover opportunities in the market, present the product, how to create the proposal and closing the sale.

Technical Training

• ISR in conjunction with our manufacturers can train you technical staff on how to install and configure a system.

Product Demonstrations

• ISR will demonstrate the product to your staff focusing on key selling points and what sets our products apart from the competition.

Consulting Services

• Assisting manufacturers in bringing their products into the US market, security market or to increase brand awareness.
• ISR can help you formulate a marketing plan,  hire key personnel, establish a rep network, set up distribution and a dealer network.
• ISR offers consulting and bid spec writing services to end-users to assist them in selecting the best solution for their application.

End-User Demonstrations

• ISR will assist you in presenting our products to your customer.
• Each demonstration is designed around your customers application including concerns and key issues.

Walk through Assistance

• ISR will visit your customers site with you to determine the best solution.

Job Layout/Systems Design/Pricing

• ISR assist you with laying out the job to include all necessary parts for a turnkey installation.
• We will also price our components and give you the most competitive pricing.

Media/Literature/Proposal

• ISR will assist you in assembling  a proper proposal to include presenting the system, format, equipment list, literature, CDs, etc.

Specification Writing/Engineering/System Commissioning

• ISR will assist you in writing a specification for your customer.
• ISR has access to an EE for advanced system design.
• Pricing for engineering and commissioning is based on each case individually, basic system design and commissioning is included with all proposals.
